Fitness is something a lot of us struggle with keeping up with or even starting for that matter! lol. I personally do better with group fitness because it not only keeps it accountable and fun, but the instructor led exercises help me practice proper form so I can accomplish my goals without injuring myself. If you have a buddy or are able to join a group fitness class, it definitely makes all the difference and it will keep you coming back!😉
