What helps me to include fitness in my busy life is to determine that I will get it done, even if I don't have a whole hour to commit that day. If I only have 15 mins, I go to youtube and do an intense HIIT training video for those 15 mins, giving me a great sweat and getting my blood pumping! What I've recently started doing is getting up even earlier to start my day with 1. prayer + Bible study and then my 2. exercise before the rest of my day even starts! So by the time my daughter and husband wake up, I have already invested in 2 of the most important elements of my day. I end up with MORE energy for the day and a greater level of focus, even though my day started much earlier. It's worth it!
